Happy New Year!

I've started a "Year in Pictures" for work, so I thought it would be fun to start one for my "real life" too. We'll see how well I keep it up! Having the Blogger app on my phone should prove helpful.

We rang in the new year at Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque watching dueling pianos. Our lucky rings also helped us win some $$! 

And, my first cooked meal of the new year: broccoli cheese soup & olive cheese bread. I, of course, used my creative license and didn't follow the recipe exactly (sorry mom!) but it was so, so good! Got roommate approval, too!
