Hawaiian Pizza

I've never been a huge fan of Hawaiian pizza. But last week in Cedar Falls we went to a pizza place called Doughy Joeys where I ordered a Hawaiian pizza that also had mandarin oranges on it. I loved it, and wanted to create it at home.

Here's what I did:

For the sauce, I mixed some store bought sauce with some olive oil, oregano, crushed red pepper and  a spoonful of juice from the pineapple and mandarin orange cans.

I put it over a fire roasted thin, square crust from Target. I threw on some Canadian bacon, pineapples, oranges and some green olives and topped it with mozzarella. 

It turned out pretty good! I would've used green peppers instead of olives, but I was fresh out.  Here's the final product:
