Last Sunday vs the Tarheels was no different.
My cheesy grin here captures how happy I was! What you can't see is that I was jumping up and down and shouting. Luckily, we were at the Field House with the ISU Alumni Association, so the majority of the people there were jumping and shouting.
The Alumni guy gave us some pom-poms, but it was "unlucky" for me to hold them, so these girls did the job. Miller, my resident Hawkeye friend, was waving one too!
And here I am trying to pull it together. We took about 8 photos before we could get one right.
And yes, I know that I always have the same clothes on in all of the pictures. Yes, it's because I'm superstitious. No, I haven't washed any of it. No, I don't plan to.
It's only crazy if it doesn't work, right?!
